Nicholas Hales is a contemporary artist living in Cape Town, South Africa. He is primarily a painter, but he also works in the medium of video. He has an Advanced Diploma in Fine Art from the University of Cape Town. He has held four solo exhibitions, Irma Stern Museum(1999) Cape Town, Association for Visual Arts(2002) Cape Town and Joao Ferreira Town 2002 and 2007. He has participated in numerous group shows in South Africa and a number of exhibitions internationally.
